Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at a proud and unique primary school that is part of the Tyne Coast Academy Trust. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for education, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience in a related field such as healthcare or nursery practice. The school caters for pupils ages 2 to 11 years.

The school are proud of their growth since joining the academy trust in 2013, from that point they have grown from strength to strength, offering an inclusive curriculum driven by resourcefulness and ambition. Ofsted rated them 'Good', describing the school as warm and friendly where the pupils are happy and safe.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3.30pm.

The successful candidate will have:

• Enthusiasm for working in education.
• Educational background or work experience relevant to the position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting student learning.
