Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at Smart Multi Academy Trust primary school based in Fenham. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and caring nature as well as experience in working in a relatable role/field i.e. healthcare, nursery nurse, or social care. The school wants their children to grow to become well-educated, well-rounded, and confident young people.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3.30pm.

The successful candidate will have:

• Educational background or work experience relevant to the position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting student learning.
