Job Title: Science Teacher

Leader Education are recruiting a Science Teacher to work at a large mainstream school based in North Tyneside. The ideal candidate will have QTS and experience planning and delivering lessons to ages 11-16. The school promotes a strong culture of respect, they devote a significant amount of time to the personal development of their students.

With an overall Ofsted rating of 'Good', this school was commented on its huge improvements. Their curriculum is ambitious, and their students get tailored teaching to suit their needs.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm and is a long-term position pending a successful trial.

The successful candidate will have:

• QTS/PGCE.
• DBS or be willing to obtain one
• Degree in science or a related field.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes.
