Job Title: Science Teacher

Leader Education are currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to work across a number of large Secondary Schools in the Leeds area. The schools belong to a small Multi Academy Trust in the North and East Leeds area. Serving the local communities, these schools aim to provide inclusive learning environments that allow all students to shine. These schools provide a first-class education that prepares students for life after education.

The ideal person will be enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the dynamic world of supply. Someone who can plan and deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and inspire the next generation of scientists would be the perfect fit for this position. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Previous experience teaching Science within a Secondary School and be willing to give permission to obtain references
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and the ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes
