Job Title: PMLD Teacher

Job Type: Long term - Until Christmas

Salary: £140-£220

Leader Education are looking for a passionate and dedicated PMLD Teacher to join one of their fantastic partnered schools from September on a long term basis until at least Christmas. You will be responsible for creating individualised learning plans for students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with PMLD
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Use assistive technology and other tools to enhance student learning and communication
- Monitor and assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders about student progress and needs

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching students with PMLD
- Knowledge of a range of teaching strategies and resources for students with PMLD
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
