Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (SEND)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Contract Type: Long Term & Ad-Hoc

Leader Education are recruiting Nursery Practitioners to work at specialist SEND nurseries based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have child based experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years old as well as experience in clinical settings with complex and severe learning needs.

Candidates will be required to work between 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 am and 6.00 pm on a shift system.

The successful candidate will have:

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent. -
• Proven experience working in an early years setting.
• Experience with children with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Competence in working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes
