About the Role
Our client is rolling out a mobile outdoor education programme across schools and children's homes within their organisation. As a Mobile Outdoor Education Instructor, you'll deliver a wide range of outdoor educational activities throughout the Sussex region. This is a full-time, year-round position offering real opportunity for personal and professional development.
Unlike traditional centre-based roles, you'll work with the same groups over time-helping them build confidence, skills, and a deeper connection to the outdoors.

- Passionate about outdoor learning and able to inspire others.
- Qualified and experienced in a variety of outdoor activities (see list below).
- Flexible and self-motivated, thriving in a mobile role with daily variety.
- A strong communicator, capable of managing groups in dynamic settings.
- Dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on young people's lives.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we welcome applicants with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and relevant skills.

Required Qualifications - you must hold at least TWO of the following:
- RCI or CWI (or relevant ropes-based qualification)
- ML or HML Award (or equivalent)
- Mountain Bike Leader/Instructor
- Paddle UK Instructor/Coach
- RYA Instructor
- DofE Assessor
- Archery GB Instructor
- Bushcraft Practitioner
- Valid First Aid Certificate
