Job Title: SEND Supply Teacher

Leader Education is on the lookout for a Supply Teacher with QTS to teach English or Maths for a SEND school based in Sunderland, a school part of the Ascent Multi - Academy Trust. This school serves students aged 11 - 19 who require additional learning support due specific educational needs, including autism and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will provide and teach tailored and engaging Maths/English lessons to students across Key Stages: 3, 4 and 5.

Leader Education is seeking a candidate who can effectively work alongside classroom support staff to establish a positive learning environment, enabling students to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Hold a degree in Maths, English or a related field.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes.
