Job Title:English Teacher

Location: Leeds

Contract Type: Long-term and short-term positions available. and can accommodate full-time and part-time

We are currently recruiting for a fun, enthusiastic and engaging English Teacher to work across several schools in the Leeds area.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK and have previous experience teaching English Language and English Literature to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Teaching English Language and English Literature to a Key Stage 5 level is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for teaching the next generation, the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Full-time and part-time can be accommodated.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Previous experience working as an English Teacher that we can reference
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and the ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons
  • Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
  • Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes
