Job Title: Core Subject Supply Teacher
Location: Middlesborough
Contract Type: Temporary

Leader Education are recruiting a Supply Teacher to work at Grange Academies Trust Secondary Schools based in Middlesborough. The ideal candidate will have QTS, as well as experience working in schools delivering lessons to a range of age groups. As a Supply Teacher we look for experienced teachers who want less commitment to the full life cycle.

These schools cater for students aged 11 - 18 years old. They are a family of schools who put their students first, raise standards and transform lives. They want every child to be provided with the best possible education and the opportunity to thrive. With an all-around Ofsted rating of 'Good' these schools are rapidly transforming through the actions of the leadership team.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3.30pm and is a long-term position, given a successful trial.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • DBS or be willing to obtain one.
  • QTS / TRN.
  • Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and behavioural intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external professionals.
