COMPUTER SCIENCE/ICT TEACHER WANTED ASAP - IMMEDIATE START

Job Title: Computer Science/ICT Teacher

Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire

Contract Type: IMMEDIATE START, FULL TIME, TEMP

Leader Education are currently recrutiing for a Computer Science Teacher or ICT Teacher to work in a large Secondary School in Brighouse that we work cloesly with. The school proudly serves the local community, and has a diverse range of students. They aim to create a positive and safe environment for both staff and students, alongside a broad and balanced curriculum.

The ideal person will be dedicated to providing a first class education and passionate about inspiring the next generation. We are looking for someone who can plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the different learning styles of the students, can inspire and encourage children who are disengaged from learning, and has excellent classroom management skills. QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS (QTS) IS A MUST.

Early Careers Teachers are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Previous experience teaching Computer Science or ICT within a Secondary School and be willing to give permission to obtain references
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and the ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons
  • Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
  • Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes
